Yesterday we attended a tasting and final logistics meeting for Alissa and Jason's wedding at the Westin Tabor Center. The banquet manager, Deseri Martinez, and her staff put together a wonderful tasting, and it was so hard to choose!

The final entree choice: Grilled Filet Mignon served with Truffle Bordelaise Sauce. Accompanied by Roasted Elephant Garlic Mashed Potatoes and finished with Tobacco Onions.
